33 RepliesNot really micro transactions are a way to generate revenue, for everyone evolved. You really think bungie is pocketing all eververse money lol? People (mostly kids) who know nothing of business go on here everyday blasting bungie and activision over thing's they know nothing about. If you could of went back in time and found a way to put microtransactions into pacman then they would of been in pacman...perhaps that's why most arcades also sold drinks snacks etc. A game called Friday the 13th came out not to long ago and I bought it as I was hyped for it, turns out I thought it sucked so I don't play it or go their forum's anymore slamming them because I couldn't do what they do programming is hard...missed so much since DOS

Yeah one of the devs(I guess he was dev idk) actually responded to all the stupid remove eververse topics pointing out how with all this constant crying no one is really putting any real counter solutions just hate, and most of the ones that do chime in with a possible solution or whatever they mock bungie or some other stupid carp in their post
-
13 RepliesPointing out a problem without proposing a solution is just complaining

Everyone Watch this video to better understand the #remove eververse topic and what steps bungie should take in fixing this mess. I think this guy hits all the points perfectly. I take no credit for this video and please use discretion when viewing as there is some language involved. https://youtu.be/wPyBNRANMI4 Also I made a seperate topic post with the video attached. If you agree with it please upvote post. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/241084126?sort=0&page=0

11 RepliesKeep eververse, noobs don't know how to play.

10 RepliesEververse isn't going away, neither are MTs. Casuals increase the player base and are good for business. Therefore it's good for the game. The minority hardcore whiners can be made expendable. How you ask? Because you have no basis for your outrage. Everything for sale can in fact be earned without additional cost. If you want to protest something, how about more unique gear for those that achieve certain endgame accomplishments. Then you can grind strikes, raids and crucible. The game should be for everyone. All skill levels, all time commitment levels. This is the first PC game I've played in 15 years. I've been awed by my fellow guardians that have enabled me to complete strikes and raids. That's a community to be proud of, and not protested.

10 RepliesBump. Anyone that thinks eververse is good is either an employee of bungie, a shareholder or a smelly fanboy.
-
it would be so funny if they took eververse out of the game and did the same thing they did with the loot cave. have burned eververse boxes on the ground there and when you press a button you hear tess's faint voice "i gave my life to stop the cries", but in the end we probably end up getting another floor to the eververse store...:o) remove eververse!

21 RepliesGet over it damn I’m tired of seeing all this bitching. I spent 9.99 once and got what I wanted... big ffing deal. I think they should add more. I want auras I want guns more ships and why not if I want to spend some coin why shouldn’t I look better then your broke ass. Lol on the real guys you don’t need to spend shit you can grind it so stop crying

22 RepliesEdited by KRANK: 12/25/2017 3:59:38 AMFor those of us that aren’t broke ass, salty vaginas. We don’t mind spending a little extra for some rare badass looking gear, exclusive gear with perks that will give us the upper hand or extra edge over the rest. The problem is, the garbage that Tess puts out has no perks, are gay as -blam!- looking and provide no upper hand or tangible value. It’s pathetic and a waste of money. The only items even remotely considered are the Exotics. Those alone aren’t even worth a second glance. Bungie I highly recommend you re-evaluate Tess. Otherwise, it is in fact a waste of time & space. If you guys want to make money, how about “packages?” For instance instead of gambling our money away on a chance with engrams we buy what we want. Like COD or Seige, “Crota Raid” Armor package for $9.99 or a “Lighthouse” weapon package for $9.99.... Food for thought.

6 RepliesMan, people must play destiny differently than I do. I couldn’t care less about cosmetic crap, and completely am at a loss over this frenzied remove Eververse groupthink going on. Do you guys play this game to play Barbies or do you use it as a first person shooter? I’ve never spent a penny on Eververse in Destiny 2, nor do I want to. Until a week and a half ago with the guaranteed Xur new exotics, I was busy grinding for Orpheus Rig. Now my drops are being stingy and I’m stuck with all three characters at 334, missing only the class item on the Warlock and Titan, and class item and chest piece on the Hunter to make 335 on all. Once I have them all three at 335 and fill the other types of weapons and armor for infusion fodder, I’ll have everything I need for any build. At that point (which will probably take 2-3 more weeks) I’ll probably go dark until the next update. The real issue here is lack of guns, replayable fun content, and endgame content. Give the Barbie crybaby posts a break!

2 RepliesEdited by Rei: 12/26/2017 8:13:07 AMIt's absolutely baffling that there are people who will legitimately defend the current state of Destiny 2. A AAA full-priced game that focuses mainly on collecting loot that has 80+% of the loot locked behind a paywall is beyond ridiculous. Sure you can earn these bright engrams from leveling up, but it's clear they don't want you doing that due to the fact that they've been caught throttling and then increasing the amount of xp required to get one.
-
You guys are crazy to think Bungie would even consider taking out Tess. Activision would never allow that!!
-
I posted this elsewhere but, yeah, there's no chance it'll be seen otherwise... Bungie: Regain your soul. Retake control of your Destiny. Yes, I said it. Corny or cringy as it may sound. Bungie: your were- ARE - better than what you are now. We honestly don't care how many legal agreements you have to break with your Activision overlords, but the time has come to give them one big "**** you". Don't let them and their greed corrupt further than it already has. Regain control. Care about your audience again. And the only way you'll be able to demonstrate that is to burn Eververse to the ground and let us dance on its ashes. Be brave and take that step forward.
-
Now lets talk about how bungie ruined our characters faces my hunter went from looking like a angel to not so much. now I always wear a helmet thanks a lot bungie for ruining the game even more. I liked my characters appearance in destiny 1 much better.

Remove yourself

1 ReplyI'm going to buy some bright engrams :)

2 RepliesKeep on fighting, guardians. Tess will fall. And we will rise.

Edited by Grandads teabags: 12/26/2017 11:18:10 AMDon’t buy anything it’s a simple as that
-
I wouldn’t give a shit about Eververse if you could just outright buy the stuff. Want a cool shader, I can buy it. Want a cool emote, I can but it. The fact I’ve to gamble €50 dollars to not get the damn emote anyway is a load of me bollox. Just let us buy what we want like in Titanfall 2. That’s a good way of having it. You guys still make money and we don’t feel like we are being violated.

1 ReplyI don't even play this game that often anymore, so I feel really out of touch with the game, the updates and the community. Downloaded warframe and hitman yesterday and got a €75 euro Xbox one gift card today, so it doesn't look like I'll be playing D2 anytime soon. But I have to ask, seriously.. What is wrong with Eververse? Is that part really killing this game of is she just the scapegoat? She never bothered me that much to be honest, the lack of replayability did for the most part. It's a serious question by the way. I see all the hate and I really don't know where it's coming from all of the sudden.
