So then who is the authority on how much is enough?
See that's the problem with this type of thinking. It's one person or group telling another what they need. I'll always be against that even if the person or group one is trying to limit is unsavory in some way weather in practice or perception. As long as they're legal no one should dictate what they do with their funds for salaries and investment or what they market and profit on. People will decide that on their own with their wallets and attendance.

There was a lot more to that than meets the eye. Wasn’t just bad banks. Anyway so you’re telling me that there should be an authority telling others what they should have? How would you respond to that?
