*Paul Tassi on Eververse.   I agree with what he says but he's not Forbes. See the "Contributor" next to his name? That means he's not actually employed by Forbes, nor does he represent opinion of Forbes. He just happened to be a verified user on the blog part of Forbes' website.   The thing is, this "Forbes says" thing is basically falsely validating people's opinions by using the Forbes name, you may think it does no harm because its some clearly obvious statement but eventually someone shady will do the same. Think about it, some Forbes contributor could easily write a blog glorifying Bungie and their lootbox practices, and you could basically as well be validating them because you're attributing the words of a contributor to those of Forbes.

  • Its cool. I just noticed you and the OP are the same poster. Sorry if I'm giving the impression like I'm going around just to crap on you. Its just that I see a lot of these remove eververse threads last few days and I want to make sure when Bungie sees them they can't find a reason to dismiss them.

  • Don't sweat it. If I would have known people would have reacted like they did I would have spent more time on it.

  • It really doesn't matter how bad it gets. You'll always have people defending the bad decisions. I actually saw one of the people vehemently arguing how bungie is doing nothing wrong has a day that's a total of 9 days old. People with buyer's remorse are like crack addicts, you can't argue them down so the best you can do is have coherent and clear information that can't be countered with an emotional outburst and just sit while they fester out of their delusion.
