How the hell do companies get away with the loot boxes. I seriously have no idea how they get passed the ESRB without getting caught. It says in the ESRB rating system and I quote "Content suitable only for adults ages 18 and up. May include prolonged scenes of intense violence, graphic sexual content and/or gambling with real currency." In the ever verse store you're gambling. There is no guarantee that you'll get what you want, and you're using real currency "Silver" to buy these loot boxes. The definition of gamble is, "To stake or risk money, or anything of value, on the outcome of something involving chance." That's loot boxes. I hope this stuff gets brought to light because it's ruining games. The ESRB is not doing their job right.
