i bought the warlock chest piece from eververse with bright dust and the helmet dropped from one of the daily gift quests

i think that's impossible, since when you do the preview on the daily gift engramm you'll see there's no set piece available among the possible rewards. Maybe you dropped it with the weekly dawning quest ?

No, pretty sure it was one of the daily gifts as i thought it was strange that it dropped, and it wasnt from Tess.
