They should feel like a difference. Other than the orb making, the bonuses are so small and unnoticeable. The magazine bonus should give at least 5 extra bullets. Not 1-2. My sub machine gun has 27 in the clip. 1 extra bullet is not going to make a difference of any kind in a gun fight. Also it's supposed to be 10% magazine increase but it only gave me 1 bullet with 27 in the clip. That's not 10%.. You should make the masterworks feel like stronger weapons.
