Enough said in the title please and thank you, been ranting about this since d1 seems like an easy thing to eliminate and would cut tower time in half

You may not be able to delete items directly from the Postmaster, but they have opened up the API to allow transfer of items from the Postmaster. So, you can use Destiny Item Manager for instance (or maybe the Bungie companion app on your phone—I dunno, I haven't tried it) to drag the item out of your mail into inventory and then delete it.

Been suggested since destiny 1 and never implemented. A huge bump ^^^

I like this.

Come on Bungie! This is basic stuff we have been asking for for years! Bump!

1 Reply^^^this. In addition to giving us the ability to delete whole stacks of shader's and to delete items straight from the vault too.

5 RepliesAuto delete of items sent to the Postmaster already exists. Just let your postmaster get full. By now you should know that managing inventory and deleting dups is the D2 endgame. Why would you want to reduce the time and pleasure taken in one of the few true D2 endgame activities?
-
ability to delete bulk piles on damn shaders too would be great. Deleting 115 of the same shader takes a bloody age.

1 ReplyThis is a major concern for me as well, and it should be looked at as a QoL update at some point. I have had times in D1 & 2 where clearing my postmaster has been a super annoying process, which could be solved by adding a dismantle option. Additionally, I'd like to see farming settings: auto-dismantle settings for engrams, consumables, etc that have a bit of customization. For example, set all engrams of Rare or less to auto-dismantle, which would make my life easier.

Yes, and from post master.
-
Yes please!!

1 ReplyAdd deleting items from the bank and you've got a deal.

I too, have been saying this for the last three years. It would definitely reduce time stuffing around by a massive margin

Bump and yes

Asking for that since destiny 1 year 1 :) good luck with that

Yes. 1000x yes.

You are asking this of a developer who created a social space where we cannot socialize without 3rd party services.
