Thats BULLSHIT, and everybody knows it. How the -blam!- it increase the chances, but also make it impossible to have an exotic drop. NO ONE GOT AN EXOTIC BY USING 3OC. Hows that is increase chance?

Pretty sure they have better numbers than the people who have "tested" it. On a small scale its a lot harder to see the drop rate because of, you know, rng. This being said, i have been recieving my first engram at the 30 minute-2 hour mark.

Dunno man, but no one of my friend got a exotic after popping a 3oc. But most of them got right after the 3oc "buff" run out. You really got an exotic, using only 3oc? It is my first testemony (english isnt my first lenguage) of someone who got an exotic drop using 3oc.

Went to play crucible with 3 friends and we all got an exotic Within 30 minutes, also got an exotic on my first public event (solo). And ive said it before, the 3oC isnt bugged, its just terrible. It increases the base chance, and has absolutely no scaling.
