I haven’t gotten a single exotic engram with the ToC active since last Friday. Not ONE! I’ve probably played about 24 hours of game time and only time I got one was with it inactive playing mayhem as an end of match reward. Other Than that I haven’t gotten a single exotic engram from any activities at all. And absolutely none with the ToC scambuffs active. Total joke to pad play time. Unreal Bungie.
