Look bungie its verry hard to ignore that EVERYBODY is complaining about the exact same things
and if you are not going to listen to the people who still play your game , you will lose them too
Like how the things that were good in d1 the weapon system, the perks, etc
U all take that away and than lie about what you are really doing
If you dont stop this, you might aswell cancel d3 because nobody will buy it if they dont trust you anymore

Rng is still rng. I'm not complaining, cuz theyve worked just fine fine for me.

Yeah but this isnr rng anymore peoplz are popping them for 24 hours and are getting NO exotics they stop using them and start getting exotics again

It is indeed still rng. They even gave you the buff amount. So if there was a 1% chance of getting an exotic without, there is a 1.5 % chance with it, but guess what? Still rng. I've been recieving plenty of exotics with them active, and seen 0 proof they aren't functioning.
