Lol it's working as intended. Did u really think 50% of .04%(in total it would be .06%) would make a big difference. Even at 100% it wouldn't do much. This is if the base rate for exotic is .04%.

No I didn't expect it but I did expect this type of b.s from bungie once again screwing over the player. Yeah that's a good way to keep people around.
