Jesus, everything is bugged in this game, unbelievable! Fated Engrams drop duplicates, Prometheus Lens had a bug, Three of Coins don't work, MOD's don't always activate, CoO Heroic Adventures are broken (completed the first one twice without getting anything from the chest) and I read somewhere that Lost Prophecies are also giving problems. Is this really a game developed by an AAA studio? This is f**king ridiculous! EA ME Andromeda ridiculous level.
