If the base drop was, say, .5%, that makes the drop rate with 3oC active .75%. That’s how that works.

I dont believe any numbers bungie claims, we've been through this song and dance and bungie has shown they are completely ok with misleading and lying

While that is true, I think you just don’t understand percentages and how little a 50% addition to the base drop value actually is. They’re not lying, 3oC are just heartily nerfed like everything else in D2.
