I can see that point. I was just floored when I started this game and had 95% of the exotics in what seemed like no time. Yes, lots of duplicates too but the drop rate was so high. I am glad they reduced it or it seems like they did, in CoO. I can see now the duplicates should be addressed, but the base drop rate value is fine.
