Did one of the last patches change the original drop rate of exotics. They are dropping much less now than they were a month ago. With 3oC, they should be dropping more, but they have taken a dive. Something changed. Im guessing, you guys nerfed the original drop rate, with the 3oC being introduced. Something must be broke in the math.
