Most people have been doing heroic strikes, which as pointed out are bugged. The patch notes also stated the exotic drop rates were lowered, so a good test would be to do regular strikes with 3oC uses and compare the results to not using 3oC for the same number of strikes. The more people doing it or length of time spent the more accurate data we’ll get.
