So what you’re saying is that bungo Nerfed Exotics from PE’s to harsh so ppl would run more strikes and now the Heroic Strikes that are [b]Supposed[/b] to give better rewards actually don’t?

I'd say a mixture of crack and horse tranquilizer, except that someone on crack and horse tranquilizer would be more functional than Bungie employees appear to be.
