I have nearly all the skins and I only paid for the base game. Speaking of, I paid once for the game and everything else has been free, no need to pay again. Hearthstone and hots are both free to play. You can get everything by playing which in turn nullifies pay to win. Pay to win is buying an unfair advantage that can't be achieved through normal gameplay. Sometimes that involves a grind but it's pay to get things faster not pay to win. Where is the outcry? For what?
