Why is Bungie staying silent!
I have written multiple emails, tweets, and facebook post asking for answers. I know they are busy and tons of people are hitting them up. However they are not even putting out info on there platforms at least acknowledging our concerns. Here is the my deal. I at least thought Bungie would communicate especially since the last few screw ups. XP issues, Engram Issues, 3oC issues and the list goes on. Is there anyone testing this game play or just shooting it out blind? A strong recommendation is for Bungie to at least say "Hey, issues where discovered today after the update. We are looking into it". But nothing comes then we start to make Videos, Blog Posts, Forum Tags all while the game developer is silent. Not cool. All we want is to know you understand there is a problem here. Why are you not responding? Do you guys even care anymore?

1 ReplyIn case you didn't notice: The Prometheus fiasco happened because they are too -blam!-ing lazy and incompetent to test a single shitting gun for A MINUTE in Crucible to realise it will be game breaking. So yea. They don't test dickall.

They already have your money, and only say something when they want you to buy more stuff.

They are responding...and addressing them. But they are not going to communicate with you personally on these issues, and they can't fix them overnight. This is a process that is going to go on for months....possibly until the next major expansion in September. ...and expecting it to get done any faster is just setting yourself up for frustration and disappointment.

I don’t know what you mean... So far they’ve delivered all I asked for: 4x4 PvP only... Timed Nightfall... Easier earned exotics... Weaker exotics... Nerfed ability’s... Remove Titan skate and nerf shoulder charge... More eververse cosmetics... I’m a happy bunny... I think they need to streamline the supers a bit more though. I still find the skill trees too confusing.

They already sold the DLC too those who would buy it, know you probably won’t here from them again until right before the warmind DLC drops.

1. They’ve responded to all of those issues and fixes are in the works 2. They’re on vacation now, like they are every year 3. Cut them some slack. They’re humans too

Because they have no answers with the overall core they built for d2. They had a vision and thought they did it right... now they are clueless with what would actually fix the game. They literally have said that d2 is refresh... and by that they meant, we will start from scratch... as in what we get and how we get it. So in two years, we will have as much content as d1 ended with.

Because they already suckered those that they could into buying the recent DLC. Now they will do what they feel line until an announcement that, “we are listening,” shortly before the next DLC. Bungie is an evil, lazy corporation that doesn’t respect its own history.

It’s obvious they’re trying to bury many of the more underlying issues of D2, conveniently using the bigger issues (and resolving them) to cover them up. They have a plan, and none of it involves the feedback they’ve been getting for the last couple of months. They won’t address the lack of power or the lack of incentives. They won’t address the lack of organization involving your inventory (shaders and mods). They won’t acknowledge the disdain towards Eververse. Nothing is going to change, including their dwindling numbers and their diminished Twitch presence. Heh...let them keep doing whatever they’re doing.

We hear ya and we're testing them as we speak to ensure your time, effort, and currencies aren't wasted. You'll have an answer as soon as we determine the results within a few days."[/i] Instead we get: *crickets* And in a few days it will be: [i]"Merry Christmas Guardians and we'll see you in 3 weeks!"[/i] Bungie needs to learn to get in [i]front[/i] of these things. It's PR 101. The whole XP thing blew up in their face because they were silent on the matter for 3 weeks hoping it would go away (as per their m.o.). Instead, it was picked up by news outlets and just made Bungie look worse. If it gets out that 3oC is indeed bugged and causing lower drop rates before Bungie says something about it, this place will burn even hotter especially since the XP scam is still fresh in people's minds.
