Missing several items from inventory after opening Bright Engrams quickly

I opened several bright engrams very quickly in a row. I got tons of shaders, mods, but I also noticed a handful of exotics scrolling by.
Titan Exotic Boots Ornament
Warlock Exotics Gloves Ornament (Winter? Something?)
Exotic Ship (Asher's Something)
Drop the Mic
However, upon checking postmaster, vault, characters, etc... I was missing the Exotics Gloves Ornament and the Exotic Ship.
I tried all of the troubleshooting steps (logging out, back in, checked all characters).
My fear is that I'm not sure what else I may have missed. My PostMaster became filled up from mods or something and I wasn't aware that items would just start disappearing.
Is there some way to go back, check a log, and grant the items I'm missing?

1 ReplyThis happened to me today as well on PS4, lost an exotic ghost. Its another half-assed measure in this game. They have manufactured an inventory issue in this game by shorting us on vault space, shorting us on postmaster space, Kiosks which were in D1 are non existent in D2, and to add even more insult, they're shoveling shaders at us that take up post master space because no one in their right mind is going to manually delete a single shader at a time. And they are doing it for NO apparent reason. Hey Bungie, pro-tip. When giving us trash we can't take out of the post master without a major inventory time investment, replace the old shit with the new please, i mean, cmon man.

I don't think they can do that though.... especially when it is real money. They shouldn't let you open engrams if you are full then. I think this is different than your postmaster being full while running strikes or public events or crucible.... you didn't pay money for those items. -
Sadly at this time bungie will not restore any item lost. The postmaster can store 20 items temporaryily and once full anything else that goes in gets deleted. In future make sure to empty it after opening a few engrams just be safe. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211 You can always make a post in feedback asking for a kiosk so you can retrieve bright engram items.
