I know the feeling. It just takes disciplined management as you go to keep things clean. I think we should be able to hold down shift and delete 10 at a time or ctrl to delete 100 at a time or the entire stack. Which ever comes first with a prompt. Also there are always ass materials in every game. A simple but tedious method of acquiring more in game currency.
