This is a cry for help. I cannot stand playing crucible anymore. Make the TTK faster.. Please for the love of what shred of sanity i might still have. Get rid of 4v4. Start from the ground up and make it 6v6 from now on. Trials should be 3v3.
-
It's just a game bro. Also, they aren't going to redesign crucible. They might add 6v6 but they won't go back to 3v3.
-
1 Replydie. here's the thing, your idea of "fix" isn't something that's broken. you are asking for a game redesign to suit your wants.
-
Numbers do not lie...I miss lower TTK, 3v3 & 6v6 too...

5 RepliesPvP in Destiny 2 is tons better. The smaller teams and greater time-to-kill makes teamwork more important, which is what I want out of a team-based PvP environment. It also means that I, personally, have a greater impact on the game. So when I'm posting 3:1, 4:1, or 10:1 efficiency numbers because I understand the map, the game, and good tactics I can more easily carry my team. This is a 100% better experience. I have no idea why anyone would want to return to a world where there are more people on your team.

1 ReplyPeople who shove teammates out of the way so they can get power ammo makes me want to find where they live and punch their nut sacks over and over
-
2 RepliesLies. Both were equally bad.
-
1 ReplyYup. Destiny 1 Crucible made me rage when people lagged or stuck me with a lucky sticky from halfway across the map. Destiny 2 Crucible makes me rage when people lag and because of the basic mechanics. It's pretty shitty to have multiple shots from ARs disappear into thin air or start a firefight and have a guy down to sliver after landing a bunch of headshots only to have him float off and die to his teammate who was across the map when I started shooting the first guy. The primaries are still way too weak in comparison to map size, player movement speed, and how much cover there is on the small maps. :/ I want to die because opponents are a better aim than me, not because I'm using a squirt gun and die faster to getting shot by two squirt guns.
-
It's the other way around for me
-
Bungie hates you and suggests you just die already, but not before you pre-order D3.
-
2 RepliesBlame the streamers and pvp casuals the state of crucible is this way because they touch themselves.
-
6 RepliesPvP in a video game makes you "want to die"? You should go for psychological evaluation immediately. I'm serious.
-
Bruh the whole game sucks
-
21 RepliesYou're telling me Destiny 1 PvP did not make you rage? Do you have complete and utter control over your emotions? Destiny 1 was one of the few games that made me want to toss my controller across the room. Dying from bullshit and overpowered abilities that required little to no skill to use. Not being able to use the guns I want to compete and being forced to use whatever is good in the meta. Being killed immediately off spawn or being spawn sniped. I could go on and on about the enormous amount of things that pissed me off in D1. Stop trying to act like D1 was this perfect and flawless game that no one ever had any problems with. Everyone complained about Destiny 1 just as much as they are complaining about Destiny 2 now, and it seems like everyone has forgotten that. Yes, Destiny 2 has problems, but Destiny 1 wasn't any better. Worse in many areas. Take off those rose colored glasses and see that this franchise is pretty much one huge pile of chocolate-flavored shit.
-
Funny, D1 crucible made me rage just as much as D2.
-
Condoms make me rage, going raw make me happy
-
I agree but everyone complained in d1 as well. We miss d1 now but if we went back to it we would all be crying about how annoying snipers and shottys are
-
Both make me rage for the same reason, the netcode is shit.
-
2 RepliesIt's the rotation for me. Clash was always the mode where I went just to play solo and enjoy. In D2 Clash is about 10% of the rotation, with Supremacy and Control being the other 90%. Also, every time I jump in D2 pvp I can't drop back down to the ground quickly. Apparently gravity no longer works in the future.

1 Reply<D1 Crucible doesn't make you rage? What the flying -blam!-? I've screamed at that game to the point where my voice cracked, and that takes a lot of effort. I want whatever drugs you're on.>
-
I agree completely. It doesn't hold substance anymore. I dread completing call to arms now. In D1, crucible was where I made the most memories. My cousin, I, and a few of our friends would always play together. Trials was actually fun, clutching a 1v3 on the heavy round when you have no heavy ammo. I will never have those memories again. Im not even sure why I dont like this new crucible. The TTK is too high, I miss using hand cannons as a one man army. I hate this now. It has ruined the game for me.
-
Agreed 100%. Crucible was my blood in D1, played it religiously every chance I could just for fun. Idk what it is about D2 but everything is just boring, I might come back to D2 if they ever add big team battles with 8v8+larger maps to eliminate the team shot meta, otherwise you're right. There are no satisfying kills that highlight individual plays, it's all boring
-
Destiny 1 is only fun for 6v6. Playing any of the smaller team game modes makes me want to die. Icebreaker has completely destroyed the pace of the game. Elimination in particular becomes a snoozefest as the entire lobby spends most of the game hardscoping lanes. Blind Watch and Black Shield are particularly bad for this. I actually like Destiny 2's gunplay and weapon system more, but I don't play it because of the larger focus on teamwork and coordination. I don't feel like getting stomped by a team of four because my blueberry teammates want to go play lone wolves. If I had a team I could play with I'd drop Destiny 1 for good.

Edited by DiceLove: 12/16/2017 12:27:46 PMSince literally no one in my clan plays 2 anymore, I hop on D1 regularly for Crucible. Occasionally clanmates will log on and play when they notice it's not D2 that I'm logged into. Feel free to add me if you're on Xbox. Same goes for anyone reading this.

1 ReplyGetting team shotted and Bungie's inability to follow their own weapon design philosophy ruins this game's PVP.
-
1 ReplyDon't need a faster TTK What we need is stronger Guardian Abilities and Mobility Grenades and Supers should be Viable methods to counter teamshot camping. And we need the Mobility to be able to close the distance fast enough without getting killed.
