Dismantle those ships, sparrows, and ghosts you don't use for Dawning bright dust
I will never go the microtransactions route, so I dismantled a ton of Eververse stuff I never equip that's taking up too much space. 100 bright dust a pop for ships, sparrows, and ghosts. In 30 minutes, I went from virtually no bright dust to well over 5,000. Glad I could pull the trigger on cleaning out a lot of clutter.

Yeah, I plan on cleaning house next week, I've decided to only collect the exotic sparrows and ships. At least until Kiosks come back.
