Theory-Osiris left Saint-14 to die?
I just always thought something didn't add up. With the potentially millions upon millions of reflections of Osiris exploring Infinite timelines and realities, how likely is it that Osiris couldn't find Saint? I believe he probably saw him in whatever timeline he was stuck in, and left him to die, finding it easier than having to face his past. Once Saint was finally drained of his light, Osiris himself finally entered the timeline, and set him up in the Tomb like that. This could have also been when his helmet and ship found its way to us; there's no way that Saint fought the Mind specifically designed to drain his light while also holding off a horde of Vex without his helmet, and it also doesn't make sense that he sent it to us post-mortem. Thoughts?

1 ReplyNo doubt osiris' reflections would have been aware of saint 14 being in the infinite forest. Only scenario i see that explains why things ended up this way is: Panoptes put down a false trail for saint 14 to follow, which he did, and cornered him in that final room.

2 RepliesBut aren't those just simulations, not really time traveling, he just traveling in simulations of the past, present, and future. Saint was stuck in actual time.

Second, what makes you think Osiris was any more likely to find Saint than he was Panopates? Saint wasn't a simulation in a specific timeline. He was a real person trapped in the Infinite Forest very likely lost and bouncing randomly between timelines looking for Osiris.

But this is bungie.. so that means they have to make an other story / lore about him so thats not going to happen....... [spoiler]so yeah he's probably dead[/spoiler] But on the other end do exo's really die 🤔
