Shadowshot/Tether

Was Shadowshot designed to be this weak in PvP? Direct hits can't even kill a non-super guardian, which makes you an easy target paired with that long animation. Using it as a trap is also oddly weak, even when that is supposedly the whole point of that path, since the delay before opponents within range get tethered allows then to activate their own supers and destroy the tether and/or kill me. In PvE it is still just an okay super (unless you've got Orpheus Rig) as there's really no reason you'd want to just make enemies easy to kill instead of just killing them. My main complaints that are holding the super back from being comperable to the other supers is the complete lack of OHK potential in PvP and its inability to properly stop and suppress opponents that get too close.
