So, has the Prometheus lens nerf actually affected PvE?

Idk about pve but holy balls it is officially worse then the fighting lion. I'm talking it use to do 16 to the head, now it not only does 6 to the head, but it also does 6 to the body. It was fun while it lasted. Geuss thats bungo for you
