Since the December 1 patch, everything in the title has been occurring. I always keep my pc updated, from drivers etc. I normally have my fps from 145-200+ but after an hour or so, it's completely unplayable. It doesn't matter where I'm at when the decay begins. I could simply be at the Tower and still can't improve the issue. The second stutters and fps drops occur ever 3-4 seconds. There should be a hotfix just like the Nov 1-2 fix. This is the only game I have that's having the issues. I play PUBG on ultra and never have problems. This makes no sense. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
