Where can I file a complaint against Destiny 2 and Bungie?
I want to know how and where I can file a complaint because I have done everything to fix my Destiny 2 game so it actually logs me in but all it does is say "Connecting". I'm beyond P/O'd and I feel ripped off. I even listened to advice to another person about unplugging my xbox for ten minutes and that didnt even work. BUNGIE FIX THIS OR I UNINSTALL AND REPORT YOU. I spent $100 just to get the game and ton more on just stuff in store just to show I appreciated you. You better fix this or atleast refund or there will be consequences..

If you're getting this, exit out of the game and go to your console's Settings > Network Settings > Detailed Network Statistics or Test Multiplayer Connection. This may give you an indication on why you're not able to connect.

I suggest resetting your router and clearing your cache. Follow the vid that I provided. One last thing. Make sure your are using a wired connection

4 RepliesReport to who? Not much you can report for. If your Xbox is having connection issues then it is almost likely an issue on your end. Turning off your Xbox for a little is hardly a troubleshooting step. There are much more workarounds you can attempt.
