Just because they have done it before doesn't make it right. I suggest everyone that lost their paid for content take the few minutes it takes to fill out the form so we know at least the state of Washington hears us. Bungie may not respond to our complaints but maybe the Washington AG will.

As a follow up I would like to first state that I have now fully read the limited licensing and terms & conditions. More than once in fact to make sure I understood them. In a nutshell it does NOT address removing or shifting previously purchased content to require additional licensing purchases. I am not a lawyer but that seems pretty straightforward. I also would like to self identify as someone that loves playing Destiny. I just thought it was junk that content was removed especially since it was marketed and advertised as part of the original content we purchased the license to access and play. It now seems like they are going to backtrack and fix at least some of the issues this week so lets hope that's the case!

20 RepliesYou are wasting your time. You already agreed to the fact that you understand they can do this. It's not their responsibility to make sure when you click ok on the Eula, that you read it, and understand it. That's your responsibility. I'm not saying I agree with losing that content, because I think it's pretty unfair. However it is something they can legally do, and something they have a right to do. It maybe wrong, but your complaint has no merit.
