It's what they meant it to be. A weapon which is way too good, given away the first week of a massively underperforming dlc. "We know you've all heard about this new weapon.... We know you want to try it out... All it costs is 20 dollars..." They will almost certainly nerf it on December 12th. But for now, that wiggling sensation in your pocket is Bungle trying to get at your wallet. There's nothing illegal about it mind... But it isn't bugged, or broken, it is exactly what Bungle calculated for it to be. Something to draw attention away from certain other topics, and to move buys who have thus far been hesitant to buy the expansion. It's their Gjallarhorn initiative to drive sales. Edit: I am willing to admit when I am wrong. I am being informed it's being sold to all players regardless of rather they have bought the DLC. Duly noted.
