Can't claim bGunsmith faction reward?
I recently turned in gunsmith parts and maxed rep, it says take your reward but never offered one and now seems to be stuck on max, offering a reward I can't claim

Banshee has your engrams at the tower. Arcite will accept parts and grant rep, but no longer issues engrams.
