This, and the latest update further confirms my suspicion that their Social Dept is largely incompetent, they have proven again and again that players' voices fall to deaf ears. Not only the latest patch fails to address social issues (chat system, LFG matchmaking etc), but they further made unnecessary nerf such as this to piss the players off.
