Didn't recieve well rested buff.
It is taking several hours just to reach level 21 and it gets worse. I infused my level 20 armor and my light decreased significantly. Now I'm stuck at a low light level.

You don't get the well rested buff until you're max rank. Hit rank 25 and it will show up.
