4 RepliesI have. I can't even bring myself to install CoO. I own it, but I don't want to play it. It looks stupid. But, I could care less about this issue of reskins. Since this was supposed to be a ten year game, those old weapons shouldn't have been removed in the first place. So, reskins are fine. All I want is for Bungie to bring back every single thing that made Destiny great. Random Rolls are at the top of my list (along with the vast majority of the community). "But Qeylis, I like static rolls!" Who gives a ___, random voice in my head? Most of us, by a massive margin, hate static rolls. It's the number one issue killing Destiny right now. Any company who has shown complete disregard for how negatively they are received aren't worth existing especially in the gaming industry. Bungie HAD all the faith and blessing fans could give and they have yet to make a return on that investment. They ignore players 90% of the time and when they do seem to listen they never deliver fully for what can only be seen as intentional at this point deliver. Players wanted a faction wars type event since D1 and we got a token farming contest with a lame cap on rewards. They put shaders inside loot-boxes which is sickeningly obvious a move solely from greed. Bungie is not the same company who made halo this company only shares a name with that studio and what bungie currently is has no heart or soul which is the explain why D2 is such an abortion of a game.

My faith in the devs at bungie ended long ago. The idea of a great game still lingers.. but its evident that wont happen

They can put it that in their new resumes "from the creators of that stink bomb of a game Destiny 2" lol. Interviewer "Um. . thanks Mr. Bungie we'll call you if we need you to wreck our new gaming franchise."

1 ReplyHonestly I agree with this. Give Destiny to a developer that knows what they have. To a developer that will do just that develop. Not destroy. This game has been quite literally ruined. Sorry Luke you haven’t a clue what anyone wants. You would show up to the desert with salty pretzels and wonder why no one is throwing money at you. Enjoy your single use shaders skippy. Should look great in your next office. Arby’s was it?

What does fanboying/having “faith” in a studio give you ?? Destiny. Four years, two reboots, shady/scummy practices and painfully mediocre releases at best. Even if CDPR for example (bless their souls/truly talented studio) started to waste our time and money, they can go -blam!- themselves. -blam!- laziness, mediocrity, incompetence and greed. The main traits of Bungo (art team excluded, they are on point). The time for communication/feedback is loooooooooong gone.

1 ReplyI advise buy or preorder the game you want with pay pal. Then if it’s really bad just bounce the amount through PayPal they have a 180 day policy if the product is “not as described”. So you buy the game use there severs then take your money back so the intent is for them to spend resources and you get your money back. 4 RepliesAs somebody who avidly played their games and participated in the Seventh Column (their old dedicated community; nobody really remembers the name after they witch-hunted almost all the veteran users,) I lost faith in D1 and with the whole Marty ordeal; and was just waiting to see if they'd redeem themselves. 3 DLCs, 2 Expansions, and a whole new game later: I give up, they're never coming back. They went the way of Rareware, and I've moved on.
