I don't know the law where you live but where I live any "agreement" between parties will not stand up in court if is against the specific legislation. For example, an employee and employer agree to employment terms and conditions. If it is later found that these terms and conditions are below / outside the legislation then the employee can claim additional compensation / terms and the employee can be fined etc. Update from TWAB: "Trophies and Achievements We are aware that there are some Destiny 2 trophies and achievements that have become unavailable to players who have not purchased Curse of Osiris.
