Bungie said it shipped with a bug. The bug makes the weapon fun but makes the crucibabies unhappy.

At this point everything that Bungie do is what they want, not what we want. They say they want what we say we want but they don't at all because they have a vision for the game that's entirely different from what it was and what we want it back to. D1 was better and by guest say, nah our new vision is better we promise
