Also in every other activity but to a much less extent. Description: After playing in the open world for a few minutes the game begins to micro stutter, the FPS counter will read 120 for example but gameplay will look more like 50 FPS. After playing for about 15-20 minutes the micro stutter turns into full on stuttering and despite the FPS counter being high gameplay looks like 30 FPS. Doing public events seems to accelerate the issue and make it worse. Micro stutter also happens in all other activity's but never gets worse like it does during free roam. There is also degrading FPS, over time I lose about 10-15 FPS never more then that but still noticeable, as well as a bug with a 1000hz mouse when looking around will cause FPS to randomly drop causing a freeze for a second. Its been well over a month since release and this issue still hasn't been fixed, at least an answer would be appreciated so I have some hope that this will one day be a playable game.
