Anyone know if Bungie actually does user/player focus groups or any other industry standard things? I know they source the forms and Reddit but from someone who also does a decent bit of user research and analysis, that's a really tough way to get solid feedback and parse it out by any sort of groupings. Seeing how much negative feedback they are getting with the latest DLC in addition to D2 in general this feedback is to expand your focus groups when trying to figure out the road map or core elements of the next development. I know many many many of the player base would be more than happy to be involved in some sort of formal feed back in the hopes of giving the game a hope for a more positive future.
