Game Minimizes on Launch
Configuration Info
CPU: i7-5820K 3.30GHz
GPU: Nvidia 1080 (x2, sli)
RAM: 32GB
GPU Driver Version: 388.43 (Latest as of this post)
Operating System: WIndows 10 (Version 1709, build 16299.64)

Launching the game, it immediately minimizes. It runs in the background with music, but keeps minimizing. Clicking on the game opens it up full screen for a quick flash, and then minimizes it again. I turn off extra programs that are running, but nothing special was installed recently since I last played the game (I've been away for a week prior).
I have closed and relaunched the client, the Blizzard client, and the computer.
I've made sure the drivers are up to date.
I've followed the instructions here for Delecting CVARS.xml (https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46407)

So, setting the window_mode in the CVARS.xml file to 0 allowed it to be opened, but I was unable to set it to fullscreen again without having the same problem. Setting it to Windowed Fullscreen works, but would prefer to keep it to fullscreen for better performance.
