Gunsmith Reward Bugged Out
Upon turning in Faction to Crucible Gunsmith I ran across the reward that wasn't lootable. It's bugged out and restarting the game has done nothing. Mentioned it to my husband and then his bugged out as well. Says we need to grab the reward but then it's blank. We cannot turn in any materials either.

I have got the exact same problem as you and realize that the issue only occured with the Curse of Osiris expansion was released. And yes, it's with Arcite 99-40 at the farm.

No reward appears - although the text indicates it should be rewarded - and clicking the area where the reward should be does nothing. This also prevents further turning in materials. EDIT: After further review in other posts - I'm not sure if this is due to the fact that I have not technically beaten the main story yet - if that's the case, the message to the player should make this more clear.

I too just logged in, did some activities, handed some stuff in and noticed that the Gunsmith is giving me a reward i can't collect. I too haven't beaten the D2 Campaign yet so can't confirm if the tower gunsmith can give the reward, but still this guy was a major vendor for my progression and now he is bugged out. This is very disappointing and what a slap in the face from bungie. Hope they can fix it or at least communicate that the vendor gives Post Campaign rewards and should go to the tower guy instead.

1 ReplyProblems with the weapons master rewards Hello everybody, Since yesterday December 05, 2017, it is no longer possible to pick up engrams from the weapons master after the Osiris update. They are invisible and no message that you can accept them. Restarts do not help. How can I solve this problem?

If this is with Arcite at the Farm, then you need to beat main D2 campaign (to gain access to Tower) and pick up reward from Banshee (the Gunsmith).
