These guys seem to work at most few hours a week. All you have to do is make posts about information other people are bringing to the game, and look at the occasional feedback post made by a community member and say "I'll make sure the dev team gets this! Keep it coming." The hardest thing about their job is probably that they're the face of Bungie that all the hate seems to get focused on. But that's easy to mitigate. That sounds like my dream job...
