So I just bought the DLC and restarted Blizzard, tried checking for a update even restarted my computer. But when I try to click on the DLC is only has buy and watch trailer, when I click on buy it just says you already own it. But no matter what I try I cant get D2 to see I have bought it.
Edit: I have tried scan and repair, came up with nothing to repair
Edit: Blizzard said "Looking over the order here I am showing that it is still processing. I'm afraid that as a result of current volume the most we can do is ask players to wait while the processing completes."
could take up to 72 hours...

I used paypal for both of them. I got the silver at the moment i paid with paypal, but the DLC didnt show up. Seems like paypal dont auto-accept the purchase for the DLC, since its pending on blizzard and paypal itself. Support said they are trying to find the reason why you can buy everything instant except the DLC for destiny. They can see that the dlc is activated on your account, but you can only use it after the purchase is accepted by paypal itself. I asked because refunds aswell. They can refund one time silver. You get the amount of € back, but everything you spend as silver ingame, will be an invisible negative silver amount on your destiny 2 account. That means if you spent 10 euros in silver and spent like 900 silver, you get back your 10 € and get a -900 silver on your account. This means you will lose these 900 silver next time you try to spend it. Refund of the dlc itself can only take place, after you got the product. So it doesnt matter if you ask for a refund now. The moment they can refund the dlc is exactly the moment you can play it anyway. After i spoke with paypal I can now tell everyone that it is a mistake of blizzard activision. Paypal auto-accept every purchase and pay it in advance. The only problem with this purchase is, that blizzard dont authorize the purchase. So it is a mistake of blizzard activision that they once again have a error in their system... So everyone can only wait up to 3 days and then decide to keep or refund the game.

1 ReplySame thing for the PS4. I got the code for the season pass at gamestop and entered it in on the day of D2 launch . I do not know what to do at this point. I just pissed away $35 for a season pass I will not be able to use. I have my whole clan and a few aligned ones in the DLC content and I am here wasting my time trying to get the content I paid for and entered in back in September. This shit should of been loaded when I got home from work but it was not. WTF Bungie get your shit together.

Same issue but on the console XB1. Entered code when the game launched. Osiris dropped and nothing... BUT I CAN BUT IT AGAIN THOUGH!! AND WHERE'S THE TICKET OFFICE?!?! HEY JA'S!! IF YOU'RE GONNA TAKE PEOPLES $$$ YOU NEED TO BACK YOUR SHIT!!

3 Repliesfixed for me. 1. Login to battle.net on your browser 2. Go to "Transaction History" -> "Order History" 3. Check product name "Destiny 2: Expansion I - Curse of Osiris" 4. Under "Status", if it says "Queued", go farm heroic or strikes or something. 5. if it says "Complete" then log off and relogin, you will see that mercury planet. Enjoy

Bungie is just making us wait because we didn't waste the extra money on the expansion pass because there's no point in buying it because we'll be waiting another 3 months anyway before it comes out. Bungie just being greedy and making us waste our time on their shitty new expansion DLC. Chat support told me we could be waiting for upto 72 hours before it processes which is complete utter garbage. All my other purchases have gone through instantly but they're just delaying the order process for all of us. What an absolute garbage of a company.

2 RepliesI also cannot access the expansion after buying it. I contacted Blizzard support and they tried everything they were able to on their end, but nothing fixed it. The Blizzard support I spoke with was able to see that my account showed that I should have access to the expansion as well.
