305 in all blues and raid viable. How i have kept myself occupied these last 3 weeks.

Just wanted to share because me and my friend have been having a laugh over how silly it would be if we pulled it off.
Well now i guess its time to raid. Glad i got it done before COO was released.

I had a 299 GREEN Grenade launcher drop the day before CoO came out (it's on my Warlock). It's called GARETH-C. Well pleased with it! I thought Greens maxed out at 200 though and I certainly haven't had any drop above 200 before

Yeah I started doing that for a week about a month or two ago before I thought “holy shit, I am truly wasting my time here” and stopped playing altogether.

1 ReplyI'm not trying to poo poo your collection of blues but I don't see how doing the raid or nightfalls in all blues at 305 would be any more of a challenge. Your still at 305 light and the additional rec/res/mob you'd get from a legendary over a blue if any doesn't make a huge difference. After a certain light level your gear doesn't play a huge role in completing content it's more on player skill.

I too rock blue on my 305. However this how casual this game has become. Did bungie even try this time around? My 305 armor should not be up to par with 305 legendary gear..

Did a strike a few weeks back, the random I matched with was a 305 Titan wearing all blues, very impressive , have a like . 🙂

I never knew it was possible. That is awesome. I never actually considered that you could add mods to the blue gear.

😂 my buddy and I did the same... but I never got a set of rare boots at 300 for my hunter, which right now has all blue gear except those boots... have a great day.

I think the only blue weapon I have at 300 is AACHEN-LR2. Have a Cuboid at 299.

I never managed to get a full set of 305 Shadow Specter armor. It's the best looking Hunter armor imo. I kinda hope the can make a legendary set with the same model one day.

Nice 👍 My warlock has an Armillary that’s 305 that I like to use, I haven’t had too many blues drop at 300.
