I don't understand sniper rifles for PVP
So I am terrible with snipers. The only reason I have 1 equipped ATM is cause it is my only 305 light heavy.
I just find it is not very rewarding how it does not have a 1 hit kill whilst every other heavy does. This might be cause I can never land headshots but I just question myself why it would be used over the certified kill of a sword or other power weapon.
Is this just me or do other people avoid snipers in PVP.

11 RepliesThey have more ammo, and therefore more killing potential than anything. I think 6 shots, give or take depending on variant. I wouldn't be opposed to a 1 hit kill Sniper if it had a single bullet in the 'magazine' and low aim assist. Sort of like the Martini-Henry from Battlefield 1.
