Today when transferring items from my vault for dismantle, I did not receive glimmer for multiple items. I think it may have been caused by first unsuccessfully transferring a weapon to a full item slot on my other avatar causing that weapon to be placed in the vault. After that anything moved back to my hunter granted zero glimmer when dismantled. I was using the Companion app to move things around.
