...But they haven't. Changing platforms shouldn't mean that the accomplishments as a guardian are null and void, after all there was an emblem for playing the previous Bungie games aka Halo which were only on the Xbox, and I was playing on PSN.
Sending Oryx into a cosmic grave, going deep underground to stop a rampant nanoweapon that had felled Iron Lords and in the process becoming one yourself, even the first strike against Sepiks was an event for people first experiencing it. Seeing the moon for the first time back in the beta, the list goes on. This is a small thing and not a saltpost, but it is a letdown to not have these things carry forward unless I stay on the same console.
Because it's a small thing though, it's not as great a task as, say, private crucible matches that the liveteam are working on. Player feedback brought change to the pricing of rise of iron(or was it taken king?), and Bungie says to give feedback.
This is small, but it's important for those that have spent countless hours in the first game as a guardian.
We shouldn't be punished for moving consoles to play the same game.

And this was also omitted from the State of Destiny 2 and podcast. Still no answer about why even link accounts...
