Jorge is a mexican name
Maybe u will not believe me, but it is, search it or idk but it is, maybe its of other country but it is mexican too, maybe he is is germany as much people says :)
Ok, it isnt an exclusive mexican name, but it is a name from the spanish language

There's two possibilities; Jorge (Hor-hey) Jorge (Jor-j/George) Judging by the British accent, it's most likely the latter.

Jorge is the spanish version of George, like Juan is the spanish version of John. Different languages pronounce and spell the word differently, but basically are the same name.

Well, the Spanish version of George is spelled Jorge. But just because it's spelled Jorge, doesn't mean it has to be pronounced hore-hey. It can pronounced like normal. [Edited on 08.29.2010 12:13 AM PDT]
