There's two possibilities; Jorge (Hor-hey) Jorge (Jor-j/George) Judging by the British accent, it's most likely the latter.
-
if it was mexican it would be pronounced horge

It is, and it's pronounced "Whore-hey". I know, I was surprised too when Jorge wasn't hispanic.

Jorge is the spanish version of George, like Juan is the spanish version of John. Different languages pronounce and spell the word differently, but basically are the same name.

That's what I thought at first but then I noticed his accent...

Well, the Spanish version of George is spelled Jorge. But just because it's spelled Jorge, doesn't mean it has to be pronounced hore-hey. It can pronounced like normal. [Edited on 08.29.2010 12:13 AM PDT]
