Incoming Developer Commentary about Destiny.

Hey, there. Tomorrow, we had planned to conduct the final stream prior to the launch of “Curse of Osiris” to show off some of the weapons and armor the expansion includes. Instead, we are investing all our efforts into delivering some higher priority information about Destiny 2. You’ll hear from studio leadership about their assessment of Destiny all up, they’ll talk about our goals for the game going forward, and you’ll also learn about how we’re reacting to your feedback with some game updates that will arrive in the next few weeks. That will appear on the Bungie Blog on Wednesday. Thank you, DeeJ

  • Deej, on the off chance you all at bungie actually see this, I would love to see you guys address the lack of damage output in pve with the weapon slot changes. I know there are a lot of people out there saying change it back, and even more suggestions on what to do. I'd imagine it wouldn't exactly be easy to tweak but there has to be a better way to make the guns we are using matter. I feel like if you're using an autorifle in both kinetic and energy slots, assuming they're the same archetype, there should be a lot more of a difference damage wise in pve. I'd also love the idea of adding more weapons of all different types by expanding on current ones and also adding back lmgs
