Good afternoon,
I put the time in to earn the code to unlock the pricing on the Age of Triumph t-shirt. The shirt was shipped to Canada at the beginning of August and arrived in Montreal on August 15th. Since then it has been sitting in Montreal.
I was directed by the Bungie Store to hold my inquiries until October 1st (I gave them two additional weeks) at which point I was told "maybe it's being returned" eventually they told me to call USPS or Canada post myself. I was directed to reach back out to the shipper to initiate an investigation at which point I have not heard any response (this was shortly before American Thanksgiving so I'm giving them a few days to get back to me).
At this point I'm considering my options available to me as they have remained largely non-responsive. I was wondering if anyone had similar issues with unreasonable delays in shipping or lost products?
I'm not sue happy, I would just like my t-shirt but at this point I need to consider how to get a resolution to something that's been dragging for three months.

Unfortunately, you have to take your issue to the Bungie Store team and go with whatever information they give you. The Bungie forums team has no insight to things going on with the Bungie Store.
