Is the 50mb/ps what you pay for or did you use a speedtest to see that? Because it could be that you have a faulty cable or that the conpany cant provide the full mb you pay for. I would suggest to do a speedtest first. And not just once but a couple of times in a row to see how stable it is.

  • i’ve done multiple speed test and it’s 40-50 mbps. sometimes ps4 test gives me 30 to 50 but never lower than that.

  • So pretty stable and should be enough to play without problems. Now we can rule out that. About modem settings and all that, i would advice to look up a guide on internet since i have no clue on that. I dont even have a single thing changed on my modem and i can play normal without any problem. What you could try and do before hand is to delete the game and all components. Then reinstall it and see if that works. Could be that a part got corrupted during installing and thats why you have the problems. If that doesnt work, then i should look into the modem settings.
